Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Norynta collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website, interface, APIs, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Norynta is an independent project and brand. References to “Norynta,” “we,” or “us” mean the project, interface, and service operators responsible for providing the Service.
Norynta is designed to interact with public blockchain systems and related market infrastructure. Some information visible through or associated with the Service may already be public by design, including information recorded on-chain.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
- account and sign-in information, such as email address or authentication metadata if you use email or social login;
- wallet information, such as public wallet addresses, signed messages, and wallet connection state;
- transaction, order, portfolio, market, and activity data relating to your use of the Service;
- device, browser, session, log, and technical usage information;
- identity-verification outcomes, minimum-age confirmation, sanctions and PEP screening results, country, and customer-risk status; Norynta does not intentionally store raw identity documents, selfies, or biometric templates in its application database;
- signup and transaction-time country and network-risk evidence, including VPN, proxy, Tor, or hosting-provider verdicts and a cryptographic record of the edge provider's decision;
- responsible-gambling limits, exclusions, cooling-off periods, activity totals, and support interactions;
- data stored through cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and product functionality;
- communications you send to us; and
- public blockchain data, which may include transactions, balances, wallet activity, or other publicly visible information.
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies and Storage
Norynta uses strictly necessary first-party cookies and browser storage where required to provide, secure, and remember the Service you request. This includes authentication and session cookies, wallet verification, phone verification, MFA step-up checks, founder/admin access, abuse prevention, and selected language or translation state.
Analytics, referral attribution, growth measurement, and product research storage are not classified as strictly necessary. Those uses remain separate from the authentication and security cookies required for core Service operation.
Optional analytics and partner-attribution storage run only after you allow them. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the site footer.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to operate, maintain, secure, monitor, and improve the Service, including to authenticate users, support wallet features, process transactions, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, enforce platform rules, comply with legal obligations, and develop market intelligence, analytics, and related products.
If you connect a wallet, your public address and signed messages may be used for authentication, authorization, security, fraud prevention, account linking, and service functionality.
5. Legal Bases and Required Processing
Depending on the approved operating jurisdiction, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, legitimate interests in security and market integrity, consent for optional analytics or marketing, or another basis identified in the applicable country notice. Identity, age, sanctions, AML, geolocation, transaction-monitoring, and responsible-gambling processing may be required to provide real-money services and cannot be disabled while those services are used.
6. Data Sharing and Commercialization
We may share information with service providers, infrastructure partners, analytics providers, wallet providers, database or hosting vendors, blockchain RPC providers, and other third parties where reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
Norynta's default data products are designed around privacy-safe market intelligence: market-level analytics, public blockchain facts, aggregated liquidity data, and derived signals.
We do not sell your name, email address, phone number, private KYC or AML records, raw IP address, or raw device fingerprint as part of default commercial data products. We also do not silently collect device fingerprints for resale.
Public wallet addresses and public blockchain activity may appear in analytics where they are already public and relevant to market integrity, discovery, or research. We prohibit partners from using Norynta datasets to re-identify natural persons.
Because privacy and data-protection laws vary by jurisdiction, pseudonymous identifiers (including wallet addresses) may be treated differently under applicable law.
Public blockchain activity is public by design and may be visible, traceable, copied, analyzed, and reused by anyone.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may include integrations with or links to third-party websites, authentication providers, wallets, blockchain explorers, infrastructure providers, or other services that are not controlled by Norynta. Their privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies, not this Privacy Policy.
8. Data Retention and Security
The baseline retention schedule is: raw security and network logs up to 90 days; account preferences until deletion plus 30 days; support records for 3 years; marketing consent evidence for 5 years; and identity decisions, geolocation evidence, orders, trades, payments, compliance, safer-gambling, disputes, and accounting records for 7 years after the relationship or relevant transaction ends. A longer or shorter period applies where an approved jurisdiction requires it, a legal hold is active, or the record is stored permanently on a public blockchain.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect information, but no method of storage, transmission, or blockchain interaction is completely secure.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You may choose not to use certain features, not to connect a wallet, or not to use particular sign-in methods. You can also control some browser storage and cookie settings through your browser or device.
Because blockchain records are generally permanent and public, Norynta cannot delete, erase, or control information that has already been published to a public blockchain.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent for optional processing. Account export and deletion tools are available in the Service. Some AML, suspicious-activity, surveillance, security, legal-hold, and statutory records may be withheld or retained where disclosure or deletion is prohibited.
10. International Transfers
Norynta may be accessed globally. By using the Service, you understand that information may be processed in multiple countries and across decentralized or third-party systems that may have different privacy or data-protection standards than your jurisdiction.
Real-money launch in a country is blocked until the operator has documented the applicable transfer mechanism, processor terms, and country-specific privacy notice.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children. Real-money access requires provider-confirmed minimum-age verification of at least 18, or any higher age required in the approved jurisdiction.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
13. Controller and Contact
Real-money activity remains blocked until the incorporated operator and its address are published here as the responsible controller. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact privacy@norynta.com.
